Due to the Corona crisis, Vevox, a company specializing in FFP3 protective masks, experienced a massive upswing and was faced with ever-increasing order volumes in the shortest possible time. On average, around 400 packages had to leave the warehouse every day.
This volume could no longer be handled with the old logistics setup, threatening Vevox with stunted growth as well as the loss of large orders. Therefore, the company urgently sought a new logistics partner to keep up with increasing customer requests.
Thanks to Warehousing1's partner network with over 850 locations across Europe, Vevox had an initial offer after just three hours and decided to sign the contract within a day. After four days, the first orders were already being processed through the new service provider - even with Amazon Prime delivery.
By means of simultaneous data integration on the partner and customer side, Vevox was thus able to fall back on a logistics solution that makes it possible to handle the entire volume via a central partner. This allows Vevox to concentrate on scaling its core business again and at the same time has a simple overview and control of its own logistics.
"Warehousing1 delivered on all promises, helped us very quickly with a logistics solution tailored for us and also took into account extra requests such as Amazon Prime shipping. I am very happy with the quality of the service and the straightforward cooperation with the responsible account manager."
Since 2017, the Cologne-based company Vevox Medical Sourcing has specialized in manufacturing, import and distribution of FFP/N95 masks - primarily for medical use.
The masks are tested, CE-certified and promise special wearing comfort thanks to size-adjustable head straps and a stable nose clip. The special filter system also reliably filters aerosols and fine dust out of the air we breathe.
